How is pricing calculated?
The workshop is a fixed fee; the MVP Sprint is scoped per project; the embedded team is billed quarterly. After a consult, we send a firm quote within a week — no hidden fees.
What if we discover halfway through that the use case won't work?
Weekly iteration exists so you see risk early. You can stop at any stage and keep all delivered code, documentation and eval data.
Who owns the code and models?
You do — all of it. We deliver your assets: source code, data pipelines, eval benchmarks and documentation, with no license fees or lock-in.
Can we use our own cloud and data environment?
Yes — and we recommend it. We build directly in your VPC or on-prem environment, so data never leaves your boundary.
